tsp 231/237 or comp 230/236

I used the TSP231/237 to much success.
It's a top end screamer. Accompanying bolt-ons like gears, a FAST90 and High Velocity Merge Collector long tubes do lots to make low and mid range power available. Otherwise, it pretty much begs to stay high in the rev range.
The Comp grind may have more to offer low and mid.

As mentioned, our 231/237 is one of our older grinds with less aggressive ramp rates compared to the Comp XER lobes. One you may consider that will make the same peak power but provide you with more low-end power would be our Torquer v. 2 camshaft. It's a 232/234, .595"/.598", on a 112 or 113 LSA. We do have our camshafts on special right now for $359.99 + shipping.

I run the Comp 230/236 112 XE-R cam and love it. Idles wel at 825 rpm and screams to the 6600 rev limiter setting. Has a nice lope. Just for grins ran 6th gear down to 600 rrpm and pulled cleanly all the way up. I drive in 2-3 MPH DC rush hour with an M6 - no problem. SD tuning by ProStreet MotorSports made it very drivable and strong.

232/234, .595/.598 113 LSA +0.
It is really good. I'm ammazed how well this cam idles and drives, untill you get on it of course.
Seriously i'm impressed, but good tuning is essential.
That cam went in insted of a 429 rwhp Stealth II cam and as I suspected, I lost a little bit down low but the 4500K + gains are something else.
In any case, 3600 flash stall and below that doesn't matter right?
