Default Question about head gaskets and arp head bolts..

i ordered a set of et heads that have the 62cc and i need help picking out a head gasket that will suit my compression ratio i want..i want a 11:01 ratio..no more than that cause i want to keep using pump gas..with a 62 cc and a stock MLS gasket what will my ratio be? and also are arp head bolts worth the money? i heard they are too long and will bottom out before they tighten down all the way..i got a set of brand new stock head bolts..will these be ok or should i go with arp bolts..

stock MLS gasket will put you around 10.9:1, assuming piston outta the hole .008
.045 Cometic will put you around 11.2:1, assumimg same piston height measurement

They are supposed to bottom out in the head. Stockers will work as well.
