Default how hard will a trex be on a stock 4l60e?

I am thinking about doing all bolt ons + 4k stall on my 100k mile 4l60e. So far it shifts fine, but does have some dirty fluid. If I add a trex cam, how hard will this be on the stock tranny?

very. ur adding a **** ton of hp and torque to the tranny. while ur having the torque converter installed i would ask about them building it to handle atleast 450, that is if trex is all ur doing.

probably have them build it even more than that assuming the nitrous quote in your sig refers to your car

Keep in mind, rpm tears up trannies more than torque does. You can run a 150 shot on a stock tranny if you keep the shift points under 6000, but shifting a T-Rex equipped motor above 7000 rpm (where you need to shift for best ET) will tear up your trans faster than you can even imagine. Don't add the T-Rex without the supporting mods first.

what are some of the supporting mods? how much?

Im thinking of going with the Torquer 2 and w/ stock heads. Will this be too much for stock tranny?

so do you think all bolt ons w/4k stall plus 100 shot of nitrous would be fine if I kept it under 6,000 rpm? Would that be enough for me to get 11's?
