Default 1.7 vs 1.8 Rockers

I have a comp cam with 573 lift would there be any advantages from going to a 1.8 rockers?

You will get obviously more lift and also more "valve duration".

Your springs will also feed more load back to your lifters and need to keep up with this faster accelerating valve and valve spring movement so the demand will be greater. What are the cam specifications and what springs are you running (spring part #, seat pressure)?

I'm running comp 918 springs with ti retainers the cam has 571 & 573 lift durrtion is 228 230 @ .050 lobe separation of 112
