Can someon tell me what these comp lobe #'s work out to be?

Can someon tell me what these comp lobe #'s work out to be? The lobe #'s are 3312 and 3313-from what I checked after calling comp they say 212/218 .553/.561-can someone else verify that?

There is a cam for sale and he says the specs are 218/224-which i really like-however on the end of the cam the #'s 3312 and 3313 are engraved?
