Default Best cam only cam

I searched and found nothing. What in your experience is the best cam only cam .My friend has a 2002 ls6 motor and full bolt on's.He doesnt want to do any flycutting to get were he wants so that very important.Driveability is not a concern either.PLEASE not a ton of questions, just what you know from your experience. Thanks everybody.

M6, A4, ? Stall? Rear gear?
Questions are important in a cam match.

m6 ,3.90s,kooks 1 7/8 x pipe bullets,fast 90/90 ,pulley, will use 200 shot of spray also.
wants to shift at 7000 rpm, wants the most power possible with this setup.

I was saying that from your cars that ran cam only type setups "the really fast ones" what did your cars do power wise ,with what cam and specs ,I was not intending another pick my cam for me tread sorry if it came off that way.

Contact EDC for a custom cam. They make insane power, great driveablity(I realize its of no concern here) and arent murder on the valve train. He's the man, let tell you He specs the cam out to your needs based off your setup and whatever future setup you may go with.

Hey LS1 BU, have you guys ever tuned an EDC cam? I'm kinda in the same boat as GTFormula. (4.10s, M6, Hooker Full Exhaust) I want to eventually do heads, but tight on money right now....(12 bolt kicked my wallet's ***)

Another vote for the MS3. I put down 401 rwhp/364 rwtq through a 9" w/ 315/35s on the back. That was with the MS3, stock heads, full bolt-ons and LS6 intake. I'll be getting new numbers soon with the FAST 90/NW 90 setup, and it'll be getting tuned for the spray too. I'll post up my results after I get it tuned in a few weeks.

The F14 works great in my Z06. I do not have all the boltons, but just the important ones. I made 423 rwhp and 408 rwtq with my setup.

If it will be sprayed, best to get a good traditional split cam. (exh. is bigger than the intake.)
