Default Compression to HP gains?

just wondering the gains in HP would be if i raised my compression on my 408 from 11.3-1 to 11.8-1 by milling my heads. Mods are in sig.
Thanks Shawn
Also what is the max you can mill AFR225 heads without affecting how the intake manifold sits?

if you are trying to get every last power out of it n/a...id do it...but thats just me. but if you are not trying to squeeze every last bit out. imake sure it wont interfere. but there will not be a big gain.

If I remember this right, 1 full point of compression should give you a 5% HP increase.
At 11.3-11.8 you would get 2.5%. If you have 400 hp now that would be about 10 hp, you can feel that in the seat of the pants.

Is it a percentage depending on what kind of power you make? Also how much can my heads be milled before o have a problem with my intake not fitting correct
