The PRC valvespring KIT comes with springs/retainers/seats/seals. Very high quality pieces IMO.
Your're also going to need a new front cover gasket, cranshaft seal, and oil pump pickup tube O-Ring.
Its not a bad idea to do to shim the oilpump pressure relief for a little extra oil pressure.
