Default will 6.0L lifters work

i was needing to know if the lifters out of a 6.0L motor will work in an ls1. i need a set of lifters and one of my friends has some out of a 6.0L that only have 3k miles on them that i could get. are they the same?

I would imagine so... Im currently driving around with 4 LT1 lifters in my car I dont think the lifter design has changed much other than the encapsulated / non encapsulated revision in 2000.

yep lt1 and ls1 lifters are the same.well maibe not exactly the same but they both work on each other, hell even all ls1 lifters are not exactly the same.
