Default knock sensor installation

Not sure if this is the place to post or not, but do you put anti-seize on the knock sensors before screwing them in or not? or even loctite? (probably not loctite but figured I'd ask since I'm clueless) I don't know how either would mess with the operation of the sensor, if at all, and I really want to get this right the first time so I don't have to take the intake off again.
