Supposedly Mobil is having production problems due to the Hurricane's aftermath. Their refineries are still not up to par and they are short on everything. The paper I saw said the distribution would be back online by late Jan.

One of the Wal-Marts in my area hasn't had any for over a month. They just got in a new shipment and I grabbed two jugs of it. I'll get more after other paydays until I have enough to feel comfortable. It's the oil I currently prefer, so want to have enough for this year's oil changes. One oil in all the cars, mowers, and snowblower makes life simple.

Wow! That sucks. I looked at three different Wal-marts and none of em had it. They did at least have the 0W40. Try lookin at Autozone for the 0W40. I know they carry it as well.

the problem there lies in the pricing.
a qt is 5.36+ tax, but a 5qt jug is only 20.17 at wally world.
