JUST PURCHASED 224-224-581-581 CAM CRANE ROLLERS, ROLLMASTER DOUBLE ROLLER AND LS6 OIL PUMP (PORTED)ALSO 918 S AND RETAINERS WELL MY QUESTION IS MUST I INSTALL LONG TUBES BEFORE I RUN THIS SETUP AND GIVE ME SOME OPINIONS 373S OR 410S

Longtubes are going to help out quite a bit with this setup.
I am assuming that you are an M6 since you are asking about gears instead of a stall.
If you are an A4 I would suggest that you get a converter for this setup as well. Otherwise you will be leaving power on the table.

But to answer your question. 3.73's will work fine with that. If you do a lot of Highway driving I would not suggest the 4.10's though.
