Default Best Upgrades for CHEAP???

Hey i was just wondering if anyone knew what the best upgrades for a stock ss would be. The ones that make the most HP that dont really cost that much.

NOS 5177 > $$600 (up to 125 rwhp)
Headers > $350 (Pacesetters) with custom Y (150) = $500 > (30>35rwhp)

For max HP VS $$ nitrous is it, period. But you keep spending as the bottle empties.

if you dont want nitrous id go in this order:
1.Lid(can find in the forsale section for $70-$90 normally)
2.Cutout
3.Headers(you can find brand new pacesetter coated headers with off road Y pipe for around $600 shipped, sometimes less)
4.ls6 intake(if you look in the forsale section you can find them for $300-$350)
then id do
5.sub frame connectors(just makes the car feel much better)
6.lower control arms(reduces amount of wheel hop)

You didn't say what year you are, so know that 01 & 02 LS1's come with the LS6 intake.

They don't add HP, but nitto drag radials can make you much quicker leaving the line as you will not spin.

wieght reduction is another big help. Get your spare tire & jack out as a start.
