Default nitrous cam...

Does it make sense to get a nitrous/boost cam if you dont spray that often, or you dont spray a big shot?
Whst is the adantage of having a nitrous cam?

Like this one from thunger racing:
Thunder Racing Custom Split Pattern Camshaft for Nitrous/Supercharger applications- 224/227 .563/.569 114 LSA (This cam will check in the 226 range on the exhaust lobe.) 2200-6800 RPM Power Band. Excellent mid-range & high RPM power.
Is there a big advantage when spraying?

There is no real point unless you are gonna be spraying over a 200 shot. Most NA cams react well to a smaller shot.

the benefit of those cams are the wide LSAs. you'd waste less nitrous due to overlap. but those cams are for cars that run a 1/4 mile at a time. if you just use the dope every now and then, get a cam for a NA application.
