Can comp r lifters take a lot of spring pressure?

Can comp r lifters take a lot of spring pressure? I have a 243 250 .620 .625 113.5lsa cam with double comp springs (closed 140, open 395) pressure. I had a couple of colasped lifters that only have a couple thousand miles on them. Would there be a problem running comps again or will I get the same results.
