Default spark plugs

My trans am runs great but has reached over 100,000 miles. So I was thinking that I should put in some new plugs. What are some thoughts on this and what are the best plugs for our cars

I'd reccommend the NGK TR55s. I used to use them and they worked great. I currently use the TR6s...

On a mostly stock car I'd run TR55s at stock gap.
