Default GASKETS! Heads-Cam-FAST Intake Installation...

Howdy crew.... With no extended search database available, I have to ask this & hope you can help. I am putting together the list of gaskets / misc items that I'll need for my heads-cam-intake installation in about a month. Can you please help fill in some holes?

Car is an '02 w/ LS6 block, 243 LS6 heads.

Camshaft-install related:
------------------------
Front Main Seal - 12585673
Crankshaft Balancer Bolt - 12557840
Front Timing Cover Gasket - 12574294
Water Pump Gasket (2) - 12559271
AIR pump Gaskets (2) - 12553617

Anything else?

Heads-install related:
--------------------
Head Gaskets (2), opting for Cometics .045"
2002+ GM Head Bolt Kit (2) - 12498545 (or is this supposed to be P/N 17800568?? What's the difference?)
GM Rocker Bolt Set (16) - 12560961
Exhaust Manifold Gaskets (2) - 12558573
Valve Cover Gasket (2) - 12560696

Anything else?

Intake-install related (including LS6-PCV conversion):
------------------------
Intake Manifold Gasket Set (WTF is contained in this?) - 12533587
TB seal - 12552542
LS6 Valley Cover Kit (incl bolts & gasket) - 12568002
Intake Manifold Seal - 12560251 (is this contained in the "Gasket set"?)
Coolant Seal (4??) - 12551933 (what is this seal? Where's it go?)

Does the FAST 90mm Intake when purchased new include all of the necessary gaskets, or do I have to purchase these separately? (ie, like the 8 rectangular seals to attach to the heads, and the large TB-seal?)

Anything else?

Thanks so much for the HELP!

You will either have to reuse the gaskets from your existing intake our buy new for the Fast. They don't come with gaskets.

The FAST manifold comes with a "hardware kit" that includes the TB Seal.

The 8 rectangular gaskets need to be purchased seperately. You'll need to snag them from Thunder Racing, Speed Inc., etc...

They are thicker than the OEM units, and provide a better seal with the upgraded intake.

There's one company that has a gasket kit, and I can't find it other than this one. It lists everything you need and comes in a package.

Do yourself a favor, and buy a set of ARP head studs... I wouldn't put a set of heads back on with factory bolts, not even new ones. If you do the job yourself, and get the arp studs, or bolts if you prefer, you will understand why. Glad I did.

I'm always *very* leery of "kits" like this.... Why is it called the "basic" heads and cam gasket kit? What gaskets are optional and not included? Which ones are included? Too many variables to purchase "kits" like this and *assume* that you're going to get everything that YOU specifically need, only to then find out during the install one of those reusable gaskets that tore during disassembly wasn't provided in that kit.....

TSP has a deluxe gasket kit, you can pay a little more and they will upgrade it to ARP bolts our studs if you want.

Recently saw cam only and head and cam gasket sets for all LS motors at Scoggin Dickey, priced right.

I appreciate all of the info on the various gasket kits; however I'm more interested (and asking) about if I have the correct list of gaskets required for each of the various installed - or - if there are certain gaskets missing off my list that need to be included. If so, what one(s) are they?

Thanks so much....!
