Check SDPC
They also have some that are rebuilt by Harland Sharp.

yup. Pick up stockers on ebay for $20-$25 and get with NastyPerformance -------->

I think I paid $245 or so for the Harland Sharp modification which gave me a new trunion, C-clips and new rocker arm bolts.

Rocndav

When you put the modified rockers in and new bolts, did you use anything to seal the intake rocker bolts on the AFR's?

Thanks!

I haven't yet, as I plan to remove the stuff one more time before closing the engine up. I want to measure my PP gold spring pressure so I have something to compare it to in 15,000-20,000 miles. I can take a picture for you to show how far the bolts come down if you want.

Sure! Although I assumed they were the same length as stock just new. My stock ones protruded ino the 205's milled .018. I used teflon paste but when I pulled my stock ones this morning, I didn't like the look of the paste so I may try something different. Like GM thread sealant. I use loctite under the washers of the bolt.

The reason I wrote about the Nasty N8 conversion is 2 of my rockers have bad side to side play. Is this the sign of the needle bearings gone? I haven't checked my oil yet.

SOrry about the delay, we got dumped on around 24" of snow in the local mountains so we were snowboarding all weekend. I will try to take pics tonight when I get home.

Sorry about the delay in taking these pics. As you can see, the bolt comes through the into the intake port about a good 1/8''. I tried putting a stocker in to see, but the shoulder length is longer as well as the overall bolt. I think, I might try getting some shorter bolts or some washers. There is room for washers.

THe stock rocker bolt is on the right, the H/S is on the left. There is no protrusion in the Exhaust ports, only the intake.

I originally read about this from Nate at Nasty Performance, so you may want to contact him. Or call HarlandSharp. I can ask when I go pick mine up if you'd like. Friday.

I think its an 8mm 6 pt hex for the stocker and the H/S mod is a 6mm Allen head.

As mentioned above, get with Nate. I asked about it too when I got mine, but the price difference was only like $20, so I figured it was worth it just to pay them.
