Default How much power out of a Camed LQ9 with upgraded or ported heads?

I'm thinking about going from my 383 stroker to the LQ9 setup and wondering what kind of power people have seen from putting in a more agressive cam and porting heads. I chose LQ9 because they're fairly cheap when compaired to the LS1.

mine is making a little over 400, but its a very very conservative setup... and low compression.
