Default Biggest cam I can run on my TEA 1.5s,MS3 or G5X?

Im thinking Im needing some new valve springs on my car. Ive got about 40,000 miles on my 978s and Im running Yella Terras and Comp Rs. Im thinking change the cam while Im in there. My 1.5s are milled .005 to .007 verefied with a mic. Valves are 2.02 and 1.55. I want to run as much cam as I can. I also want something with a traditional split. Id love to run the MS3 or the biggest I can get in the G5X line. Thanks for any input.

i have those heads and im running a fm13. I have the fel pro head gaskets that crush to .052 and my heads were milled just enough the clean them up. like .012 thousandths. I was told that was about as big as i could go without flycutting. hope this helps. Charles

i'm thinking the f13 or something similar may be all you can run without ptv clearance.you may have to change heads.

I say flycut them and go with what ever cam you want.LOL.

My 5.3's are about to go on and they are milled .050" so I know I'm flycut'n them.
