Default rockers and lifters

I just ordered a set of head for my car and was debating putting in new rockers and lifters. Should I? The car only has 19000 miles. Is so, which ones? I was thinking about replacing the lifters anyway, even with new stock ones because i have it apart now.

I think there was a roller rocker improvement made around 99-00, not sure of the date though. Might be worth researching if someone doesn't answer. As for the lifters, I have the same mileage on mine and decided to go with the Morel lifters since they are more tolerant of higher valve spring loads. I guess I like installing new parts when they are particularly hard to get at if they are readily accessible during other work.

Which are good roller rockers? I have herd Harland Sharps and stock lifters, some say stay with all stock.
