Default Need cam advice

I'm a LS1 newbtard and need cam selection help. I have a Y body, LS6
intake ,full boltons,LT's,Stingers,Patriot stg2 LS6 64cc 2.02 1.57 heads,
stock LS1 bottom end. The car is a weekend hot rod, but won't see the
track much. I'd like to go fairly radical but stay away from fly cutting.
Thanks in advance for the wisdom.

Just keep the lift under .600 and you won't have to flycut.

I'd get a cam with duration in the 230's and the LSA @ 112 for the radical lope.

duration is what causes ptv issues, not lift. have those heads been milled any? if so, your cam choices will be limited..

What are you guys talking about? It isnt one or the other with the cam...it is valve events that makes it to where you have to flycut and it is overlap that determines lope not LSA alone.
