Default need help removing crane rocker arms.....

yeah so were swapping my cam and rocker arms, should be here tomorrow. The crane rocker arms are mounted on a double sided bolt, the bolt is threaded into where the stock rocker arm bolts go, and on the opposite side theyre threaded for the nut that holds the arm on. How do I go about turning it counterclockwise without a set of visegrips? thanks.

put two nuts on the stud and tighten them against eachother, then remove the stud.

I got them out, I ended up using a 3/8 24 stud puller by craftsman. Thanks for the help.
