Default Rough Knock at idle

I have noticed ever since i have gotten my car back from the dealership for work it has a rough knock at idle it sounds more like its coming froom the crank case than the valve train but i not sure. You can hear it more if your under the car. I use mobil 1 5w20 and seafoam occasionally.
What else could this be i am hoping its not a spun bearing or something i plan on removiing the rockers and pushrods friday to see if its a bent push rod or a backed of rocker.

And help would be appreciated thanks

Piston Slap maybe. that seafoam in the crankcase couldve done something to the piston coating. Seemed like after i ran seafoam in my crankcase i heard piston slap that is now here to stay. does the knocking go away from like 2Krpm and up? mine does. just SLAPS like CRAZY at idle and low rpm. worse than a diesel

holy thin oil batman 5w20... look up the viscosity of 5w30 mobil 1 and what research Patman (moderator) has done.. To be a '30' wt oil, viscosity much range in the 9 to 14 f. M1 5w30 is too thin, the thinnest of the 30wt oils, and is too thin for our engines to begin with, 5w20 is extremely thin!! Step up to mobil 1 5w40 truck & suv, 0w30 german castrol syntec, redline 5w30, amsoil 5w40.. something.. good Lord not the 5w20 man.

Thats a good place to start. a lot of us have piston slap, but that oil can't be doing your car any good.
