Default which high flowing heads for 408

I am tired of waiting for the et heads I ordered. I was wondering what other options I have. How far can you go with a set of afr225s? I need another solution for this problem I am done waiting.

I'm running AFR 225's on my LS2 402. No dyno numbers yet.

Lots of 408's run 225's. But don't be mad when your buddy with some ET's drops the hammer on ya!

Can't drop the hammer without heads installed.

I'm going with the AFR 225s. I got tired of waiting on the ETP heads as well. I'm not trying to sell AFRs over ETP, but AFR 225 is a proven product. Nobody has tried the ETP 240s yet. Besides that, I don't see how anyone is going to benefit from a head that flows 329 cfm (ETP) over 320 cfm (AFR) when the plastic intake doesn't even flow 300 cfm. Unless you put one of those 1) carb setups 2) direct port nitrous or 3) forced induction, I don't see how you can benefit much from anything better (higher flow) than the AFR 225's. just my .02

AFR 225s get my vote.. Cheaper, easier to find, and they work great! Not to mention the awesome customer service that Tony Mamo gives..
