Default Headgaskets for 5.3 Heads on LS1

I picked up a set of hand ported 5.3 heads from a guy on here, and I plan to install them on my 99 Camaro. The question I have is about the headgaskets, I know on the stock heads you can't use the updated GM MLS headgasket, you have to use the graphite crappers, can I use the updated MLS gaskets on 5.3 heads? Or must I use the graphite ones?

A secondary question, will the 7.4 pushrods be too long for a 5.3 heads? They work great with my stock heads and TSP 224R cam.

Thanks!

I beleive you can use the standard MLS gasket and with the push rods you will need to check on my 5.3 heads I had to run 7.350 instead of the 7.4 stock. If you open these 5.3 heads up they preform great.

One for stock length, one for 7.350's, haha. I think I'll grab a set of 7.350's just incase, I don't want to have an issue during the install.

As for the gaskets, I still need some expert clarification -- someone on here DEFINATELY knows for sure
