Default Any feedback for Precision Race Components Double Springs?

Anyone know anything about PRC's double springs? I hear a lot about Patriot Gold and Comp Cams but not too much on PRC's. Why not? Looking for some feedback please. I'm going to put a Magic Stick with a .603/.609 lift in my car and am looking for the best springs to go with this cam.

I hear tons about them. I use them. I have had them for probably 15k miles on two different cams. 231/237 .598/.595 and the smaller 224/224 .565/.565. Very good budget double spring.

Why did you go to the smaller cam?

I run them with my MS3 and they work real well. I don't have a ton of miles on them but I really beat the **** out of the car last season.

I wanted more low-end usable power. My car has 108k miles and I didn't want to be spinning the thing to 6500 to reach peak power. Plus it's my daily driver and I like having more low-end grunt to cruise around town with. Plus when I get the driveability tune dead on, I'm sure it will have much better street manners. Oh well, made about the same amount of power just at a lower rpm band, plus there's a good bit more torque down low, so I am pleased.

Comp doesn't even make their own spring.PRC springs are manufactured for PRC by a well known spring manufacturer.IMO,PRC springs are the best spring you can buy.

Heard nothing but good things about the PRC springs as well. I have personally used the Patriot duals on my previous car and I liked them. Patriots also come with super 7 locks, where as the PRCs use the factory locks.

And yes, they are both made by the same company, and I think the name of the company is Associate Spring?? But I know they are both quality components.

I run PRC's on a TSP 242/248 cam with .625 lift for almost a year now on my daily driver and racer, no problems at all. One of the best springs on the market by one of the best venders to deal with.
