Im new, and I need your help, heads, cam, engine...01 C5 LS1... Goal- 450whp (so i can crack high 10's on a good launch with drag slicks)
Current mods/parts sitting here waiting to go in- Vararam intake, intake tube, z06 ti catback, kooks long tube headers/catless X pipe, LS1 Edit, B&M oversized tranny cooler, Stoptech stage 2 brake system, Enkei rpf1 lightweight forged wheels, BFG drag radials...the rest doesnt matter.
Here is what I'm thinking about purchasing, but could use your advice. This car is not a daily driver, but if it had to be driven, I'd like for it to be able to.

Asp crank pulley
Dart heads (not sure if I should go for stage 2 on stock cubes) and which would be better 205 or 225's?
im thinking of a yank 3200 as well (along with either 3.42 or 3.73 gears)
What do you guys think?
I just picked up a 3.73 diff last night.
Today I purchased the yank 3600, LG G5x3 114 cam, B&M shift kit (i have the 3.73 diff coming) asp pulley.
I figure stage 1 will be headers, xpipe, tranny cooler, 3.73 diff, 3600 torque converter, shift kit, ls1 edit, under brace, ls1edit, dyno tune. see how that is...
I have the LGG5X3 cam coming as well as asp pulley, Im still not sure which heads to go with, i dont really want to pay over $2000 for them. 225's are ok on stock cubes? im still a heads Newbie, so if someone would spell it out, its always appreciated. the car always sits with BFG drag radials on it (295's) lightweight wheels etc.
The next stage will be the parts in the above post with Comp cams hi-tech 7.400 push rods, dart 205 heads?, 30lbs injectors,arp headbolts and rod bolts, patriot .650 gold springs...? what am i missing
