Default Vacuum from oil filer neck??

I am getting a hugh amount of vacuum from the oil filler, this thing is sucking like a vacuum cleaner. Also I have to pull the vacuum line from master cylinder to keep car idling. This is after a lot of mods have been done. Could this be the FAST intake not probably sealed?

You probably don't have a fresh air inlet for the crankcase. Do you have a hose to the catch can then fast intake, but no hose going to the air duct in front of the throttle body? Don't run it like that for to long, unless you like replacing seals.

I figured it out, I had hose connection on intake going into the catch can which was pulling vacuum on crankcase. I place hose before throttle plate on TB and all is well. Man this thing is driving me crazy.
