Default What bearings for my new crank and rods?

I'm gonna order a new Eagle 4.000" crank and some Scat I-beam rods for my 98' LS1 shortblock.

I already have the clevite 77 bearings for the crank and for the rods. Part #s are:

crank: MS-2199 P

rods: CB-663 P

I originally bought these for the stock parts. I thought I heard that you're supposed to use different ones with forged parts. I called SDPC and asked them and they acted like they never heard of that and said these bearings would work perfect with the new set-up.

What do ya'll think?

You may need an "H" series for that crank depending on the fillets. Call Eagle see what they recommend. The "P" series is the standard type and the "H" is a narrower race/performance bearing.
