What's the highest CR you can run SAFELY on 92 octane?

What's the highest CR you can run SAFELY on 92 octane? Looking to optimize my setup, but trying to get all the facts straight. With my new setup it looks like I'll be running a 11.34 CR, but is that safe for 92 octane? Or should I knock it down to 11.2? Or lower?
