Default certain Cam LSA good or bad?

If the Lobe seperation is 114 or below, or just having a cam with a low LSA is it worse for your car? 112 ok? i have a 133K car and want to put a mild cam in it so it wont put alot of wear and tear on my engine thinkin about the hotcam for the price. It has a 112 LSA.

Adding a cam will increase cylinder pressure and your lead foot pressure, so I'm sure wear on the motor will be imminent. LSA by itself isn't going to make any more or less wear. Last time I checked, the Hotam was a 110 LSA. The LT-1 model is a 112.

A cam "may" increase your cylinder pressure. It depends on what the spec is.
Too many variables to comment. You will be fine with a mild cam. You might want to do timing chain, oil pump, water pump as well as the cam and valve springs to freshen things up. For a cheapo install just do cam and vavle springs.
Afterall if/when it dies you will want to freshen everything up with a nice 402!

You use a LS2 block. It comes with a 4" bore and then you add a 4" stroker crank giving you 402 ci.
