Default PCV question with single plane

i was checking out my intake stripped motor and saw that on the PCV system it has a valve cover "pipe" on each side near the back... inow I also saw that it goes into a "Y" on the passenger side and then goes to the intake...

i will be putting together a new 6.0 block with a GMPP single plane and wondering what to do with these ports and hoses... can i just cap them all off and run a breather (where the stock oil cap is)?

what are you other victor JR and gmpp guys doing?
