Default Rebuild advice needed

This last Saturday, my motor fried while doing an N2O run at Byron dragway. I will find out what caused it once it's torn down but in the interim, I have to think of rebuilding.

My initial thought is if the block is OK, rebuild it using forged internals including a 38x crank. If I choose this option, there are a few questions:

1. how will the PP Stage II heads match the configuration?

2. will I need to upgrade the injectors?

3. How would a FM-13 cam do in this configuration?

4. A fuel pump upgrade is obvious .......

5. Being in the "bronze age" with current motor technology, am I missing something?

6. or just screw it, go with a 347 forged short block and keep the bolt-ons

Thanks in advance
