What's The Difference Between Cast And Allum Stock Heads On The 6.0?what Ones Are Better?

Weight and runner design. Definitely go for the alluminum 6.0 heads. They have runners that are almost the same design as the ls6 heads.

Oh **** I Guess I Will Need Some Heads Them I Bought A Cast Headed Motor Can I Put A Set Of 243 D Shape On This 6.0?

Yes. All the ls series heads are interchangeable.
