Default Project Car Q's

Hello to all i am a newbie and quite a rookie on ls engines.
We are about to start a project car which has an 5.7 alloy engine i assume to be ls 1 .It is lumina SS a four door family sedan. The reason i chose this vehicle was i always wanted to have a sleeper and at the end it came down to 2 choices which were either cts-v or lumina ss.I heard a lot off wheel hub probs and rear diff blows about cts-v so i finally decided to go SS way.
My first question if you guys would dare to answer is we will either go 451 cid 4.125 stroke and 4.125 bore n/a engine(with an additinaol 100 hp shot of nitrous) or we also have the chance to go for 427 cid with twin turbo engine.Which one would you guys choose and why?? i insist on going 451 cid n/a for over heating issues and less troublesome car.All internal parts pistons ,rods will be titanium and heads will be c5r heads.
I am open to all ideas and advises about anything it could also be about intakes ,brakes anything
