Car surging like the title says car surges when idling in drive and neutral just out of nowhere it jumps, can anyone tell me what this is or is it normal oh ya car is a4 as well with 49k miles

ya i am just sitting there and the whole car like twist like its trying to launch its really weird, its almost like a hearbeat or some crap
