Default Which piston rings for stock rebuild on 3.905 bore?

Can you guys give me some recommendations for piston rings for a stock LS1 bottom end rebuild? I'm reusing all the stock components with new bearings/bolts and going to hone it for a cleanup pass......

Diamond, JE, Mahle all make good rings and it boils down to the preference of the particular builder. If you have JE pistons go with the JE rings if you have diamonds then go with Diamonds ect ect. Now, most of the rings out there are file fits just so you know if you didn't already. That means you should get a ring filing tool to ensure you grind em square.

I would use 2002 LS6 OEM rings. They were designed for better oil control.

He said 3.905 so I assume by that it has been bored and had aftermarket pistons put in it being stock bore is 3.898
