408cid LS1/LQ9 Iron Stroker Long Block I was looking into possibly picking up this package from texas speed. I was curious about putting this into a CA smog legal car...what could I do to get by that? Would it pass if I had a mild cam and maybe some high flow cats? It comes with Stage 3 6.0L heads as well.
