Default Loc-Tite Or Thread Sealer On Rocker Bolts?

Hello,
I am installing (still) a set of Dart heads and was wondering if I should use Loc-Tite or thread sealer on the rocker arm bolts that protrude into the intake runners? Thanks

I always thought the medium strength (blue) loc-tite was to be used on these.

Thread sealant on the thread portion ( permatex #2 from NAPA ) and blue loctite under the washer portion of the bolt. For intake.

For exhaust, blue loctite under the washer portion of the bolt.

If the combustion chambers are exposed on the intake valves by the CNC process those threads need some sealant. The exhausts do not, but a little blue locktite under the heads of both would help.
