Default torque specs

I need some 2000 ls1 engine torque specs. This is for all stock parts. I need to know rod bolt torque, main bolt torque, head bolt torque and torque sequence. Thanks Josh

Default main and rod bolts

Do you have to replaced the main and rod bolts everytime you untorque them?

Yes the main cap bolts do they are torque to yield, as for the rod bolts its cheap insurance to upgrade to the ARP or the Katech ones.
