Default Thinkin about a cam w/ stock headers

I need to replace my valve springs, so I was thinkin that I might as well replace the lifters and get a cam. What kind of cam would make the best power and be the best option when i'm still running stock headers?

With your stock manifolds, overlap is not your friend.

I would consider a timing chain and possibly an oil pump becuase i hear the oil pumps are known to go without warning.

I would suggest putting some headers on their anyway. Even if you go with midlenghts. You can pick some up for a good price in the for sale section here.
