Default 6.0L Head Gaskets

Hey guys,

I am finally buying some head gaskets for my head swap.

I was thinking about buying the GM 6.0L Gaskets (p/n 12589227)

but at .055" compressed they may be a bit on the "thick" side.

I am now leaning toward Cometic .040" Gaskets.

Do you think this will make a large difference in my CR? (see setup below

Also if I were to go with cometics do you think I should get the 4.030" or 4.060" bore?

Thanks!

Setup: (Ed Curtis calculated this for me... can someone calculate the SCR and DCR with the GM .055" gaskets?)

ETP 225's 58 cc chambers
Using a Cometic .040" MLS head gasket
Stock LS2 shortblock
12.26:1 SCR with zero deck
Hellion Cam at 110* ICL = 8.75:1 DCR

Please feel free to give me your opinions! Thanks!

Thanks!
