Get an LS6 (or better) intake manifold and a lid first.

Search and read the stickies.

Around 400 rwhp with FULL bolt ons and a tune.

Dyno numbers should not be your primary concern. A dyno is a tool and nothing more. You don't win a race with dyno numbers....it's performance on the street or at the track that matters most and your performance is determined by a lot more than mere peak rwhp shown on a dyno

The MS3 is a step up in size from an F13. It will make a little more power, but a little less in the low and mid range.

Get an LS6 intake ASAP. I installed my MS3 with a stock LS1 intake and made 343 rwhp. Adding the LS6 intake, SLP underdrive pulley and retune gained another 42 rwhp.

LS1 intake is severely restrictive in the upper RPM.

^^^Listen to this guy.

I have an F13 with almost all bolt-ons. Never dynoed the car, but trapped 115 mph in the florida heat/humidity, so I know its making power.

I gained 52RWHP with the F-13 and a tune for the cam. The cam makes good power and runs its ***** off on the top end. I was trapping low to mid 116mph trap speed with a M6 consistanly. And yes thats with STOCK heads!!!!!!

F13 is a great all around cam.
Look in my sig for some ET/MPH info.
I would buy it again.
