Default Bad Lifter OR Motor is f'ed up?

I have been having a ticking sound for some time and thought that I had a bad lifter. I drove the car a little more but didnt beat on it and I just pulled into the driveway and I am hearing a LOUD squeaking sound. At first it sounded like my exhuast had lossened up soo bad that it was shaking and squeeking, but as I popped the hood the sound is definately coming from inside the engine. Is the the sound I would hear for a toasted lifter or is it somthing worse like a spun bearing. Oil pressure is good. Does anyone have a guess what I am in for? I will be tearing the motor down pretty soon. If it is just a toasted lifter what else could it have damaged? Im guessing maybe just the cam but I dont know.

Squeaking coming from INSIDE the block or could it be coming from a pulley? That could be just coincidence as I'm not sure anything internally would squeak, but may screech if that's the sound you're talking about.

Default doubt it

Well I know its not the AC pulley because I took that out of the car. Im doubtful that its a pulley at all but I will check that out before I tear into the engine.

Cut your oil filter open and check for metal pieces

Default oil pressure

My oil pressure while cold is about 60, when idleing warm its about 40, and when under load when warm its about 60. I have had great oil pressure this whole time which makes me believe that its just a lifter.
