well thats a big cam, so it would bleed off a lot of boost.

Meaning...?? Im new to the boost thing a lil bit excuse some of my possible ingorance! Anyways I do know that the MS3 loves higher compression but boost likes lower so if I were to try this and lowered the comp to add more boost would the car run likeshit cause of the cam?

It would be cool but I do not think it would be as fast as it could be . With a smaller cam on a higher lsa like maybe a 115 you could take full advantage of the addition of a turbo . I have read bigger cams loose boost or "bleed" it out . Also the higher lsa helps the exhaust flow more so the turbo in turn would perform much better .

If you are going to go with a turbo setup you will need a higher LSA (114-117). The size of your cam needs to be matched to the size of the turbo. If the turbo kicks in at 3500 rpms you'll want a cam that takes advantage/helps with that powerband. If it kicks in at 4500 you'll want to go bigger.

An MS3 is a horrible cam for a turbo application. I would do a lot more research before you dump that much money into a turbo kit. There is a lot to consider, i.e., fuel system, tranny, rear end, etc etc. I would also look into a different kit than the STS, John at Turbo Zone can hook you up!
