Default Is my car allergic to rain?

This has happened 3 times so far, all in the rain.

I am driving normally and hit a rain shower, ok. Well my car starts stuttering and acting retarted. When I come to a stop it idles really rough and hesitates to start moving again, but it does. This has only happened since I had headers installed about 2 1/2 months ago...

possibly a cracked plug wire? when it's dry try getting a spray bottle and spraying the plug wires while it is sitting and idling and see if it does the same thing.

Did you use O2 wire extensions? Check them for moisture...

It has no o2 sensors, all holes are sealed.

I will try the spray bottle thing tomorrow though, thanks.

yep, this happened to me. My O2 extension filled up with water, and had the same problems. I cleaned it out and put some dielectric grease in the fitting and havent had any problems since.

Nah...I meant for the front O2 sensors. The rears won't affect anything.
