Default Recomended EXternal Parts to Change on a new or rebuilt motor?

Just seeing what parts everyone recomends when doing a new engine stock or modified. At a minimum I would put in new plugs, oil filter and oil, and coolant. How many people change the thermostat and water pump? I here some engine shops will not guarentee an engine with an old thermostat or water pump. What about front O2 sensors is it a good idea at the same time. Other parts hoses, clamps, wires, belts tensioner, damper pully? any thing i forgot, Thanks
