Default Stealth cam comparison

Yes, I've done a search and it seems as if Cheatr is winning.
I want to be able to drive on a 6 hr, AC on highway trip, at least 16mpg and as little lope as possible. (I don't want to lope and only have 360 hp= gettin my a$$ handed to me by cobras). Mostly for playing on the street. I have a lid and headers only. I'm doing cam only. I think the 224/224/112 is a bit lopey. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

LS6 cam, cheap, no chop, easy to find. Tuned well, with most bolt on's you can see mid 380's.

RealLiveMD,

I've got a brand new 02 LS6 cam from GM parts direct that never got installed (I went with a Torquer2 for my Sliverado instead). If you're interested, send me a PM ...it's yours for $200 shipped ups grd anywhere USA.

Made a solid 380 with my 224/228. Yes you can tell its cammed, but just barely. You will need more expensive springs with anything over an LS6 type grind cam.
