Default Why is my car running flat??

When driving "normal", part open throttle, and accelerating through the gears the engine just goes DEAD FLAT at around 2k. I can play with the gas peddal and it keeps hesitating. Now if I go WOT it will kick in. Since my tune months ago I havent changed much at all. How could it just go down the drain?? O2 sensors are new. Exhaust temps look normal...getting one cyl. slightly cold though (40* colder). This is a real problem... in the morning sometimes it wont barely go..running VERY lazy and flat. I have done extensive testing and the only thing I can think of is the tune is no longer accurate. I cant tell if I'm getting lean or rich conditions during the hesitation. No SES lights at all...

Oh yeah and I have over 4 grand worth of parts on my desk that I will be installing soon including heads cam intake etc.. I just wanted to find the problem before the big install. If I cant find it hopefully it will be cured when I replace pretty much the whole top end of the motor.
